At Lisa Las Vegas, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Since we want to make this as easy as possible for you, we do not require you to ship the item back — simply contact us and we'll make it right.
Refunds Once your return request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
